These Terms govern your use of the Antique Appraisal app and antique-appraisal.com (the "Service"), provided by Brite Technologies LLC ("we").
The Service
Antique Appraisal uses AI to identify items and estimate their value from photos. Estimates are informational and are not a professional appraisal, authentication, or guarantee of resale value. Always seek a certified appraiser before buying, selling, or insuring based on value.
Subscription & pricing
- Plans: Weekly US$6.99 / week or Yearly US$49.99 / year.
- Billing: charged at purchase, then automatically each period (weekly or yearly) until cancelled.
- Taxes: any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and added at checkout and shown before payment.
- No trial: plans do not include a free trial.
The price shown on this website matches the price presented at the Paddle checkout.
Payments & merchant of record
Subscriptions purchased on antique-appraisal.com are sold and processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, merchant of record, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. App Store purchases are billed by Apple.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period and it will not renew after. For refund requests, contact hello@britetodo.com within 14 days of a charge; web orders are handled by Paddle, App Store orders by Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brite Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on AI-generated value estimates.
